Take the case of Cable v. FCA US LLC. The employee, Glenda Cable, filed a claim for racial harassment and cited five separate incidents. Lawrence Wilson, the company’s labor relations supervisor, responded in textbook fashion, which led to a dismissal of the claims by the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
