How experienced are your benefits service team members?

Our team members typically have a minimum of eight to ten years of employee benefits experience prior to joining the GenesisHR team. They are well versed in the complexities of employee insurance plans, pre-tax benefit options, and 401k plan features. Each of them are happy to share knowledge and assist your employees in making well-informed elections.

Who do I call if I need help regarding my benefit plan?

Does partnering with a PEO give my company access to better benefits?

If “better” is defined as more comprehensive, increased options, or stability in pricing, then yes, benefits can be better with GenesisHR. PEOs tend to offer more plan options than what a single employer can obtain in the open market. As a result, more options equal more flexibility for your employees. My employees love their doctors. Will they have to switch providers with your plans?

Will you help us administer employee leaves of absences?

We help employers and their employees understand leave of absence rights and responsibilities. Leaves are complicated; we try to simplify things walking you through the paperwork and then tracking the leaves for you, so you don’t have to worry about it.
