How experienced are your GenesisHR service team members?

Our team members typically have five to ten years of HR experience prior to joining GenesisHR. Their experience spans a variety of industries and company sizes and often includes being the sole HR practitioner in an organization.

What does onboarding look like? Will you answer questions for my new hires?

Onboarding with GenesisHR is a streamlined, paperless process that takes place on our secure Employee Portal. Your employees can take advantage of our easy-to-use workflow to complete new hire forms as well as elect benefits, if applicable. They can also connect with our service team via phone or email to ask questions.

Can you help me create an employee handbook and write company policies?

Employee handbooks – absolutely! Workplace policies – yes! We firmly believe an employee handbook sets the tone for your company’s culture. We’d be happy to collaborate on this with you and help you create a handbook that will be in compliance with state and federal regulation and that you will be proud to share with your employees.
