Notification of Employee Rights under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA)
The requirement for private sector employers to add the ‘Notification of Employee Rights’ posting, as outlined by the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), has once again been delayed by the courts. This widely contested requirement has been delayed several times with the most recent taking place April 17, 2012, just two weeks prior to the posting deadline. At this time, Employers are not required to post the NLRB Notice and any future decision on this requirement likely won’t come until late fall.
