- In 1996, Genesis finished #3 on the Inc. 500 list of fast growing companies. Fortunately, we were able to grow (not at the same pace, of course) and prosper over the years. Regrettably the story is not the same for all. Inc. - When Genesis was founded in 1991, we were able to do so without outside investors. Bootstrapping, it seems, is something of the past. That is precisely why I found this blog post written by William Tremain of the Wall Street Journal so interesting and inspiring. Eat24.com was founded just four years ago, has 150 employees with sales topping $150M, all without any outside investment. Inspiring indeed!
- Ask a business owner and he or she will likely tell you that a major key to success is developing key business relationships. Allbusiness.com speaks to this issue in a video posted by MSNBC entitled Developing Business Relationships. We heartily concur.
