- Designing and building a website that is right for your company is one thing, but getting people to visit it is quite another. Writing for Small Business Trends, William Johnson has some good suggestions in Six Unique Ways to Boost Web Traffic Without Marketing.
- Recognizing employees helps retain them. Doing it early is a good idea according to an article posted by Cord Himelstein on TLNT entitled Want to Boost Recognition? Adopt an Early Recognition Strategy. Only 12% of companies have one, and in a country where the average employee tenure is less than five years, it is something worth exploring.
- “It’s tough to think clearly when you’re stressed…” says Jeff Haden, writing for Inc. Magazine in an interesting and entertaining article entitled Overwhelmed? Uncertain? 21 Ways to Refocus. In it, he highlights some small phrases used by Matt Church, an award winning speaker and founder of Thought Leaders Global.
